This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we gather, how we use it, with whom the information may be shared, what choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution of information, our efforts to protect the information, children’s privacy, international visitors and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information you provide to us through our website [] (the “Site”). Personal Information
Pijon collects personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address, home or work address and telephone number that you provide when you register for or purchase products on the Site. Pijon also collects your credit card and banking information when you use the Site, for the purpose of processing your payments; however, Pijon does not directly retain your credit card or banking information. All banking information is stored with a PCI compliant 3rd party.
Pijon also allows users to connect Dwolla accounts. Pijon uses the Dwolla API to access basic information about users, list funding sources, and make payments to Pijon for subscriptions. Pijon stores your Dwolla PIN in an encrypted format in order to process future payments automatically. Users can disconnect their Dwolla account from Pijon at anytime by visiting their user dashboard.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through public message boards or areas of the Site, this information may be collected and used by others.

The Site may permit you to use social media tools, such as Facebook® or Twitter®, and may permit you to log-in to the Site using your username and passwords from such tools. Under such circumstances, we may collect the third-party username and passwords you use to access the Site to facilitate integration and access to our Site.

Non-Personal Information
The Site may gather anonymous, non-personal information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. Further, we may collect your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, browsing habits and referring website addresses. We may use common information gathering tools, such as web beacons, pixel tags, and other similar analytic tools. The Site may use and collect information via cookies on your computer. The cookies may not expire, unless you manually delete them or set your browser to reject them. If you do not accept the cookies, however, you may not be able to use all the features of the Site.

Our Site may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, to help us analyze how users use the site. We use and share personal information we collect to operate, maintain and enhance the Site and deliver the services you have requested and to provide you with information. For example, we may share your address with service providers and affiliates to arrange for deliveries, and your credit card or banking information will be sent to trusted providers to process payment. We also use your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Pijon and its affiliates. Security and SSL
Protecting your information is a priority for us, and therefore we employ procedural and technical safeguards to secure your personal information against loss, theft, alteration, and unauthorized access, use and disclosure. We use a Virtual Private Server for hosting. We also employ security procedures to protect your information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company.

Regardless of the precautions taken by us we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

No transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under our control to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. We do not knowingly permit users to register for our Site if they are under 13 years old, and therefore do not request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. California Privacy Rights
Under certain circumstances, California law may allow California residents to request information regarding our disclosures in the prior calendar year, if any, of their personally identifiable information to third parties.
